As a bodyweight training specialist, he is an innovator in reintroducing the power and effectiveness of movement-based training, with his style featured in Men’s Health as “the Evolution of Fitness.”  With 15 years experience as a fitness professional, he is cross-trained in disciplines from power lifting and sport-specific training to gymnastics, parkour, breakdancing, and general bodyweight conditioning.  Certifications: NSCA, NASM, CHEK, AAHFRP.
